We don’t want to say there will be a minimum or a maximum. We give all the beautiful moments throughout the session or wedding, culling away the repeats, eyes closed, mid talking or unusable blurry images. An hour session is usually 75 to 100 and a wedding can range from 600 to 1200 depending on the hours covered.

On your one-month anniversary, you’ll receive a link to your online gallery where you can download your images and begin your favorite list for you album design.

For weddings, a non-refundable retainer of $1000.00 is necessary to book the date, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to the wedding. We understand that couples prefer personalized monthly payment plans, and we are more than happy to collaborate with you on this.

When you inquire with us, we check our calendar to see which photographer is available for your date and would be a good fit for your wedding. Prior to booking, you’ll have a chance to meet with your photographer and ask them any questions you might have.

If you ordered an album, you’ll love working with Sara! If you didn’t order an album, it’s never too late to add one! Sara will schedule a design consult with you where she’ll reveal a beautiful first draft of your album, built from your favorite images. She’s truly gifted in telling the story in a moving and timeless way. By the end of the meeting, you’ll be in love with your co-designed album! She’ll also show you our wall art in case you’re interested in purchasing any pieces for your home.

Unfortunately, retainers are non-refundable because once you secure a photographer, they turn down work to keep the date for you. However, we have been known to get creative and allow clients to turn their deposit into a credit towards other sessions and products.

Our team primarily serves Pennsylvania but is available for weddings beyond our home region. Each wedding package includes complimentary travel within the first 150 miles. Additional mileage and travel accommodations may apply and will be discussed during your consultation.

If you value a smooth, stress-free wedding day (and want to fully enjoy every moment), a day-of coordinator is truly essential. And if you’d love to feel supported throughout the entire planning journey, a full planner is worth their weight in gold.

It’s important to note that when venues say they have a “coordinator,” their role typically focuses on the venue itself — not your unique timeline, vision, or personal logistics. I’ve never had a couple regret hiring a planner… but I’ve heard many say they wish they had.
